Dear Friends and Readers,

I have some important news to share with you all. I am in the process of looking for a new job in another state (probably Boston, MA), and will be eventually selling my home and moving there. This is a labor intensive process and I have found myself unable to keep up with my e-mail and and this LeatherPage.

I need to focus on the practical matters of my life, so I have decided to go on sabbatical for a while, at least six months. During this time I will still be writing my columns and you can find them here on the homepage of my website. However, I will not be updating this page, posting to the discussion groups, and sadly I will also not be able to respond to e-mails as well. I have found myself often 50 or more e-mails behind and it is clear that I simply cannot keep up with it.

I so much appreciate all the people who write me, and I apologize that I cannot reply to each of you personally. Know that I deeply care about my readers and it means a great deal to me that my writing affects you.

Thank you all so much for your support.

~ Sadie
