The more dramatic aspects of D/s such as bondage and flogging, receive much well deserved attention at Rose & Thorn gatherings. What receives less attention is the subtle ways in which D/s can, and does express itself in the ordinary rituals of human interaction. Serving tea is neither an inherently Dominant act, nor submissive act. The "D/s" is in the presentation of the server. Doms seek to be in control. Subs seek to be pleasing. Join me for a delightful evening of socializing. You will have the opportunity to experience side by side Dominant tea service, and submissive tea service. After tea, there will be a dance. Partner dancing is an expression of Dominance and submission that is widely practiced even among vanillas. It is VERY easy. I will teach Doms who have always avoided the dance floor how to lead with confidence and poise. And subs who are unsure, I will show you how to follow with grace and charm. I know what its like to feel unsure on the dance floor.
